"Kagylók" pulcsi újra / "Shells" Sweater Again

I started this jumper back in May (I even showed the start to you), then I had to order some more yarn to it, then summer came and it was too hot to knit, then a lot of other projects were on my mind and therefore became more interesting, etc. But finally I got to finishing it and my daughter is wearing it proudly. She was the one to choose the colours of the beautiful Stone Washed shades for it. It is another trial with modular knitting, I think I'm getting the hang of it. This time I had taken a lot of pics and made notes, so the pattern is under preparation.
 

Kagylók és ír csipke /Shells and Irish lace

"Kagylók" pulcsi újra. Most tiri-tarka Scheepjes Stone Washed fonalból az ifjúsának készül. Közben írom a mintát közkívánatra. Kicsit úgy halad mint a Luca széke, mert közben belefogtam egy ír csipke pulcsiba Sky fonalakból, megspékelve egy kis sárga, piros, törtfehér színfolttal, hogy nem legyen uncsi. Hát nem az, minden láncszem egy kihívás, de már látom, hogy megéri. A szegélye román horgolt zsinór. 

"Shells" jumper again. This time from colorful Scheepjes Stone Washed yarn for the youth. While knitting I'm jotting down the pattern as you wished. The process is as slow as molasses, because I also started and Irish lace jumper from Sky yarn, jazzed up a bit with yellow, red and off-white splashes. Every chain stich is a challenge, but it'll worth it. The edge is Rumanian lace cord.

So it is ready. I enjoyed every minute of knitting it. Yarn: Scheepjes, Our Tribe, The Curio Crafts Room colour. I think I have a new favourite winter yarn, and a new favourite jumper. It is my own pattern, but I'm not sure I'll ever put it on paper, or Word doc. or Pdf file either. I'm just too stingy with my time for that, I spend it rather knitting, beading or crocheting. But if there were great demand I might reconsider my decision.

A surprise for myself. I've been eying this yarn (Scheepjes Our Tribe, The Curio Crafts Room) forever and now finally I ordered and started my "Shells" sweater. I'll show it to you when ready. I was inspired by several similar patterns, and decided to create one of my own.
